Home Search

    • Preview potential properties online

    • Schedule showings and view the properties you are most interested in

Contract

    • Write a savvy offer to purchase your favorite property

    • Negotiate the terms of the offer and accept the contract

    • Deposit earnest money, complete loan application and homeowners insurance quotes

Due Dilligence

    • Conduct inspections

    • Resolve/negotiate inspection issues

    • Your lender will order the appraisal

    • Obtain homeowners insurance

    • Title company will conduct title search and send commitment for review

Closing Time

    • Receive closing statement/clear to close

    • Sign final documents and wire funds to closing company prior to date of closing

    • Conduct a final walk-through of property

    • Closing/Recording day: Get your keys, it's all yours!
